Civic Engagement
Last Minute Angels
This is one of BJWC’s core annual projects. Members sponsor children through local Angel Trees. They then buy what is specific on each card so that the children can have a Christmas that they might not otherwise be able to experience. Typically the club women ensure that each child receives a new winter coat, at least one outfit and a requested toy/gift.
